2. The USDA Rural Business Enterprise Grant Program

This funding program designed by the USDA grant was established specifically for the development and expansion of rural and small scale businesses — minority-owned. To qualify for this grant, there is a number of things that you are required to do:

  • Must have 50 or fewer employees
  • less than $1 million in revenue

5. Operation Hope Small-Business Empowerment Program
