  • Your business must be based in the United States.
  • You started your company BEFORE July 1, 2021.
  • Your company is legitimate and for profit.
  • Since January 2021, your company has made at least $10,000 in revenue.
  • You have the ability and willingness to record your revenue.
  • You are at least 18 years old.
  • You consider yourself to be a Black, African-American, or African woman.
