Grants to Colorado for Health Systems

Grants to Colorado nonprofit and for-profit organizations, government agencies, Native American Tribes, health systems, and community-based organizations to improve health outcomes. Funding is intended for programs related to chronic diseases among underserved residents, including cardiovascular disease, pre-diabetes, diabetes, high cholesterol, and oral diseases. Proposals should support bi-directional referrals, improve disease management outcomes, and facilitate the integration of medical and dental practices to increase chronic disease screening.

$20,000 to Mitigate Financial Difficulties

If you live in Colorado and own a business, you could qualify for grants of up to $20,000 counties to mitigate the financial difficulties resulting from the Coronavirus (COVID-19) crisis. Funding is intended to support small businesses employing between 2 and 50 workers that have been adversely impacted by the pandemic. The Small Business Relief Fund is a Community Foundation of West Alabama fund offered in cooperation with the Chamber of Commerce of West Alabama.  

Grants to to Benefit Children and Families in Need

Grants of up to $10,000 to Nebraska, Iowa, and Colorado nonprofit organizations to support young people and families in eligible communities. The Foundation provides modest, need-based grants directed to small and usually, local organizations for individuals (especially children) and families challenged with education, poverty, housing, gender, mental and physical health, and other issues. Eligible organizations serve communities in Lancaster County, Nebraska; Polk County, Iowa; and Denver County, Colorado.
