Grants of up to $10,000 to Virginia minority-owned businesses in eligible locations for financial support. Eligible uses of funding include rent, utilities, payroll, benefits, equipment, inventory, PPE supplies, promotion and advertising, and accounts payable for eligible expenses in 2020. Eligible applicants are located in Loudoun County.

Grant Eligibility

To be eligible for this grant opportunity, businesses must meet the following requirements:
– Sole proprietorship, LLC, Partnership, or Corporation minority-owned. At least 51% owned by one or more minority individuals (African American, Asian American, Hispanic American, or Native American). Definition provided by Virginia Department of Small Business and Supplier Diversity
– Place of business and owner residence in Loudoun County;
– Been in business since January 1, 2020;
– Annual net revenue of less $250,000, or;
– Annual net revenue less than $500,000 if employing at least 3 full-time positions.
